1. Orders & Payments
- All orders depend on product availability and acceptance.
- Payments are processed securely at checkout. We don’t store your full payment details.
- Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
2. Shipping
- We currently ship within the UK (and other regions if available at checkout).
- Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout, but delays can happen. Once a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
3. Returns & Refunds
- For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened products.
- Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, email us — we’ll make it right.

4. Cancellations & Changes
- Our fulfillment team begins processing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee cancellations or edits once an order is placed.
- If you reach out immediately, we’ll do our best to help, but changes may not always be possible — especially during high-volume times.
5. Product Use & Safety
- Always follow the instructions included with your Freshfeels products.
- Every skin type is different — we recommend a patch test before full use.
- Freshfeels isn’t responsible for reactions, irritation, or misuse of the product.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — belongs to Freshfeels. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Freshfeels is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages linked to your use of our site or products.
- Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the revised version here with the new effective date.
